Team Classification Guidelines

Any team that is reforming from the PREVIOUS Season must start the CURRENT Season in the same Class that they finished the PREVIOUS Season. This means that if at least four (4) players from a THE PREVIOUS YEARS ROSTER, then they are the same team. Regardless of team name or manager.

The below descriptions are only "GUIDELINES" the ultimate classification is the overall strength of the team. Teams may be reclassified at any time by the  USSSA State office. Teams must play in the same division as they finished the previous season unless they request to be reclassified.
Teams Requesting to be Moved "Down" in Classification
Teams that are granted their request to be be moved "DOWN" in classification, may have their rosters frozen at the point of move down. Also, this may be "WITHOUT THE OPTION OF ADDING PLAYERS". The reason for this is that we have had to many teams move down and then just before the State Championship, they pick-up three (3) key players that make a difference in the team composition and the game.
